Why the new light bar don't work?

Nowadays, more and more people prefer to add a led light bar on their trucks, but sometimes they are so disappointed that the new-purchased light bar don’t work! What’s wrong with the light bar? Here we will tell you how to check if the light bar is broken.

First, when you get your new light bar, you’d better check it before installing it. You can directly connect the positive and negative pole of the light bar right to the battery of the truck.Second, if the light bar connot light up, you’d better check if everything is connect well. Third, if everything is alright, but the the light bar still can’t work, maybe it is the light bar problem, then i will suggest you to use another battery to check, and the battery voltage is about 12V-30V. Forth, if the light bar still can’t light up, which means the light bar is broken, you can just go to the company you purchased and ask for a warranty. Fifth, if you connect the light bar to other battery and the light bar comes up, that means there is something wrong with your battery, then you need to check your battery.

Sometimes, the light bar can light up but some part of the LEDs cannot, that may also due to the low battery, you need to turn the battery up to a higher voltage.
